Nurse Assist International(NAI)is the leading Institute for Outcome Based Assessment (OBA) Training and Education required by International Qualified Nurses(IQNM’s) to gain their Nursing registration in Australia.
Our Story began in 2019 when Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) decided to change their approach in assessing International Nurses and introduced the Outcome-based assessment (OBA).
Since March 2020, NMBA has permanently transitioned to the new model of assessment for internationally qualified overseas nurses and has adopted the Outcome-based assessment (OBA) approach to assess and evaluate the qualification of IQNMs who hold a qualification that is relevant but not substantially equivalent or based on similar competencies to an Australian approved qualification.

I thought it best to write a review once I get the results so here it is 😇 As someone who have worked as a nurse for more than 10 years ( my home country and middle east), one would think that a review centre isn’t necessary. I did self-review for NCLEX, however OSCE is very much unlike it. Au standards are very much different and you would not want to waste your $4000. As I said before, I’d be lost without NAI’s guidance and support. I’ve been attending their online classes since last year, even though there was no assurance of the Au border opening. I think it’s best to prepare early especially in theory so it wouldn’t be hard to practice later on. Their lab is open 24/7 for us to hone our skills. Forever grateful to Preeti, Georgi, Geeta and all the amazing educators of NAI. They really pushed us to be our best and now all the hard work has finally paid off.
I am extremely thankful to NAI for assisting and guiding me in my OSCE exam, especially to Preeti, for her dedication on and off her schedule. I remember attending her extra class for practice even though only a few students will attend and sometimes on holiday. Kudos to all educators, they don’t teach and leave you the rest, they see to it that you get the important details and that everything is done and dusted. I’ve finished OSCE and I passed my exam in my First attempt. I am absolutely convinced it was worth doing! They have the best tutors, who are extremely qualified. The content of the course was precise and additional materials were available 24/7. All NAI students were provided with facilities to practice in the lab even at weekend. Inputs were useful and I immediately implemented some techniques into practice. I recommend NAI to all those overseas nurses who are out there, to fulfill their dream to become an AU RN! I have joined NAI about a year ago hoping to take OSCE exam a few months later. I have joined the zoom meetings, and the teachers there were very professional. Later on, my exam was postponed but NAI still agreed that I'll participate in the practice in Sydney. I enjoyed every moment of this week, that was very intense. During this whole time they were very dedicated to make sure we'll pass the exam. Unfortunately my exam was postponed again and again, and NAI still encouraged me to continue with the online and face to face training. Every time I felt desperate Preeti called me and encouraged me. The staff of NAI were more then teachers. I have never experienced such a dedication. After a year I have passed the exam on my first try, thanks to NAI, I have passed in 8/10 station. I must say that I am sooo grateful I’ve been part of the NAI family in achieving my AuRN dream. Enrolling in this course helped me a lot to recall all the topics important for NCLEX examination. Moreover, the educators are very supportive, motivating, flexible and available asap in any queries and most of them are NCLEX trainers with years of experience. I highly recommend to all NCLEX aspirants to enrol in NAI as they have a reliable and enough resources to boost the knowledge level. NAI has helped me to get my nursing registration in Australia. NAI has developed its OSCE training program that has helped me to get ready with my OSCE exam by providing enough knowledge according to Australia’s Health Care standard.
